Delicious and easy dinner!
Ingredients (for 4 servings)
1 -1.5 lbs. fresh shrimp (peeled, washed and cleaned)
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon garlic, chopped very fine
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
Chopped hot red chili pepper to taste (or 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper)
1/2 cup unflavored bread crumbs
1. Boil the water for cooking the pasta.
2. In the meantime, put the olive oil and garlic into the sauce pan, stir and cook until the garlic becomes light gold. Add the parsley and hot pepper, stir well. Add the shrimp and cook for about 2 minutes. Add the breadcrumbs, salt and pepper to taste and stir well.
3. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the box and stir well with the sauce. Serve immediately!
